A. Eligibility:

C. Investment 

1. We provide various investment products on the Platform which are obtainable to individuals who create an account and provide the necessary registration requirements. After which an array of investment products are available to the client. We are constantly improving our services on the Platform and therefore reserve the right to modify or change our Platform or any of our offerings, temporarily or permanently with or without prior notice to you.

2. All financial investment options offered on the platform/app have a maturity date, which each client agrees to before purchasing a product. Sales proceeds from equity investments will be credited to the customer’s wallet Mode of operation for remittance of principal and interest at maturity is fixed on all our products where at maturity date the principal and interest earned are moved to the customer’s wallet after which the customer can transfer to their crypto app like Binance, Trust wallet, Paxful, etc.

3. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits, and you will be refunded if there is any loss of money due to bankruptcy on a third-party company.

 

D. Deposit

1. Deposit Requirements:

3.  Loan: 
 
  • In Centry21 Investment, the company or any user can give loan to another user by Transfer Balance. Every loan given to you must be repaid to able to withdraw. The individual must deposit more than the amount he/she was given for withdrawal. 
 
 

E. Withdrawal:

1. Withdrawal Requests:

  • You may submit a withdrawal request through our designated process on the investment website.
  • Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification and approval before the funds are released.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

2. Withdrawal Methods:

  • We may offer multiple withdrawal methods, such as bank transfers, electronic wallets, or other authorized payment gateways.
  • The availability of withdrawal methods may vary depending on your location and other factors.
  • You are responsible for any fees or charges associated with the chosen withdrawal method.

3. Withdrawal limit: While withdrawing Investors can’t include their capital that was returned back after a complete contract.

4. Processing Time:

  • Deposits and withdrawals are processed within a reasonable timeframe, but can’t exceed 24 hours. 
  • Payouts is every Fridays
  • We shall not be liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or other factors beyond our control.

5. Withdrawal might be rejected if an investor performs very low in our Affiliate program.

 

F. Promotions

1. Promoting Century21 is every investor’s business, as far as you an investor you must be promoting us online and offline, and evidence of what you have done online is required on a weekly basis.

G. Affiliate Program

This is another means of earning on our platform,

  • Earn commissions from every single friend or family member that you bring to Century21. 
  • Use your personalized referral link to spread the word about Century21 Investment in your online social circles and earn up to $10,000 of real, withdrawable cash.
  • You earn anytime they buy an offer, we pay 10% for level 1 and 3% for level 2
  • It is required for every investor to refer a minimum of two downlines that will deposit up to 50% of his/her investment amount every month, failure may limit your withdrawal.
  • We are not strict with this requirement but to be on a safe side endeavor to meet up,
 

H. Currency Conversion:

1. If you make a deposit or withdrawal in a currency different from your account’s base currency, currency conversion fees may apply.

2. The applicable exchange rate for currency conversions will be determined by our selected payment processor or the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

 

I. Fees and Charges:

1. We reserve the right to impose fees or charges for deposits and withdrawals, and such fees will be clearly communicated to you before initiating the transaction.

2. You are responsible for any fees or charges levied by banks, payment processors, or other financial institutions involved in the deposit or withdrawal process.

 

J. Intellectual Property:
